WHY WOULD THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ASSIST AL-QAIDA RECRUITMENT

The House under Nancy Pelosi has stripped the ban on prisoner abuse release photos. Please express yourself to your representative either way. This does have an effect on our military and al-Qaida's campaign. I wrote the following:

Ms Pelosi,
If I were to believe that Guantanamo is a recruiting tool for al-Qaida, what would your deletion of the Lieberman/Graham ban of the release of abuse photos tell me about your goals for al-Qaida.. It seems that these photos would be incredibly valuable to al-Qaida who are very effective propagandists. A lie about the Koran flushed down a toilet and people die. The release of these photos is aid to terrorists.
Where am I wrong in concluding that you are legistlating in a manner that assists al-Qaida recruitment so that they can maintain their terror campaign?
