To determine what is best for America, we need the real world facts. Are the claims about Americorp, ACORN and the other forms of what some people perceive as a group of soldiers to take power for their team from the American people and be paid by American taxpayers to do it - the high income taxpayers are kind of like a new form of slavery without paying the overhead of keeping the slaves - real or are those fears paranoia based on delusion? Will the real WIIer please come forward - the investigation would be a good way to shine a bright light on this and in keeping with the pre Orwellian Doublespeak definition of transparancy.

I wrote the following paragraph to Jeff Sessions to thank him for his effort because I think that it is important to all of us. Those of us who truly care about our country should not fear the truth of what is really happening and if the wacko right is just fear mongering, there should be an apology for being so resistant to the truth and an effort to retract the promoted misinformation. If the left is the delusional one, they don't need to apologize - just join in the effort to correct our country's course. Those who protest an investigation which threatens their belief are being given a warning by that attitude that they are probably in error and choosing denial over reality.
I just heard Fridays with Byron and he said that you wanted an investigation into the Walpin firing. Thank you very much for helping us preserve the pre 1984 Doublespeak definition of transparancy. This would give us an opportunity to test whether we are paranoid or whether the administration is truly expanding the Chicago corruption nationally with Americorp, ACORN and its other forms. I believe that the WIIers as defined on my website at factsforreality.net are the biggest threat to America's survival and we must turn the lights high enough that even they will see what is real. I would like us to get behind America one issue at a time. None of us will live long enough to accomplish all, but the start is better than keeping us fighting with eachother instead of looking at the real issues. That is why I proposed the following on Barach Obama's FaceBook Wall
It is baffling to me why we allow congress to set their pay and we reward them with great salaries, benefits and retirement, not to mention the profits picked up due to their positions no matter how badly they perform. What this country needs is to index their pay, benefits and retirement to the country's performance and reset it each year. That would put everyone on the same team for the country's good over the long haul. If they like complicated tax plans, let them have it with a stepped tax inversely related to the country's performance on any assets which they acquire after taking office. Why does the government have an exemption from accountability?
The voters at large look more to the government as this unaccountable entity and that is true only if we let it be true.
The Federal Reserve audit demand is being opposed by government and I have not heard of any results from the FannieMae/FreddieMac fiasco regarding an investigation. Enron pales in comparison to the damage done by the FannieMae/FreddieMac with some congressman including Barach Obama receiving funds from them, but the effort by congress was big on the little problem as opposed to little on determining and disclosing the source of the problem on the big one.

WHAT IS THE HEALTHCARE REFORM REALLY ABOUT?
Is Obama insane or diabolical? “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”. -- Albert Einstein and it is common knowledge that the medicare/medicaid programs are rife with fraud and mismanagement and will not be sustainable. It goes without saying that DOING MORE OF WHAT DOESN'T WORK DOESN'T WORK. What is Obama's real goal?

My question is, after seeing Romney, a normally successful businessman help create a government insurance requirement in his state during his governorship and the problems created with that experiment as well as Tennessee's setup, why wouldn't we slow down and look for ways to improve a great system which is a performer for most people? We could look at tort reform, streamlining paperwork so that doctors can spend a higher percentage of time with patients, tune up medicare/medicaid to prove that the government is capable of providing a bigger system, modify regulations to increase competition, review ways to give individuals portability through incentives to employers to name just a few.
Growing the governmment may increase the lock on power for the current administration, but as Daniel Hannan MEP conservative chastized Gordon Brown PM for having created beuracracies to maintain power but not provide production, the result has become a bankrupt UK.

HOW MUCH TIME DO WE HAVE LEFT TO LIVE IN PARADISE?
There is a silent submarine shown in this YouTube video which I link below that is in San Diego on a lease and has defeated our military in exercises.
Should we put more money into National Defense which provides highly skilled jobs which feed universities, trade schools and help support communities as well as giving our country a readiness for response to adverse actions. Following is a link for a potential threat that we cannot oppose with the technology and strategies currently in use.
My feeling is that our priorities should be:
1. National Defense because nothing else matters if we cannot defend our country which is the stated target of several entities who would like to subjugate or destroy us. We are the prize trophy.
2. Economy because we cannot sustain any kind of program or develop anything unless we can pay for it. Our economy supports our national defense, education, social programs and anything else which betters us culturally or supports our standard of living
3. Education because we need people who can analyze and vote in a manner which sustains or improves our country.
4. Programs which provide or improve our standard of living and contribute to the rest of the world. We can not do good for others if we do not take care of ourselves.
The military spending has some benefits which go unrecognized in allocation of funds during budget challenges which will alway exist. Our military working with people in the countries where they are present to help those people better their lives is but a small portion of priority 1 and 4, but it is significant in making the world a better place for everyone except the bad guys.
I think that we can enhance our country's chances for survival if we do more to hold our government accountable. We obviously do not have the time to do that while we do what we need to to make a living and take care of our own responsibilities. I am going to start on a very sketchy rough draft of a suggestion to tie retired and current politician's pay and benefits to the country's performance. It upsets me that these people go out and do their self benefitting deals, enjoy their power and get paid regardless of how badly they damage our country and the little people get held accountable for their actions.
I wasn't paying attention at the time, but I checked on the Contract with America and it seems like another good direction for us to go. The government is growing at a rapid rate and maneuvering in a manner to keep free of restraints. We need to pay attention or we will pay a price for our apathy.
FIRST, require all laws that apply to the rest of the country also apply equally to the Congress;
SECOND, select a major, independent auditing firm to conduct a comprehensive audit of Congress for waste, fraud or abuse;
THIRD, cut the number of House committees, and cut committee staff by one-third;
FOURTH, limit the terms of all committee chairs;
FIFTH, ban the casting of proxy votes in committee;
SIXTH, require committee meetings to be open to the public;
SEVENTH, require a three-fifths majority vote to pass a tax increase;
EIGHTH, guarantee an honest accounting of our Federal Budget by implementing zero base-line budgeting.

This is for country, not for party.
The healthcare reform is a prime example. In my own experience I have known doctors who came to America from Canada because they were able to earn based on what they did. I know of a lady whose doctor father and nurse mother retired four years ahead of their schedule in the UK because they were so fed up with the UK medical system. Several doctors do not want to work on medicare because it is more trouble than it is worth to them and a good friend of mine who does is often at the office early and late so that he can take good care of his patients and then complete his paperwork requirements. Do we really believe that there will be a large number of people going through all of the time, work and commitment to become medical professionals if some beauracrat or government committee is going to be able to govern what they can do with their position?
I am a hippie capitalist who enjoys doing good things for good people at a good price, but I do believe in a restrained capitalist system.

This does not seem like this is where we are taking our country. It feels more like Penalizing Success to Reward Failure and that does not develop winners which have taken our country where it has gone in the last 200 years. Let us challenge our people and take pride as we improve the country we have and give our following generations a better country than we inherited. I am very greatful for the incredible, but far from perfect country which my Canadian mother came across the border so that I would be born in the USA even though I had citizenship because my father was born in Long Beach, California.

DO WE REALLY BELIEVE THAT THIS DIRECTION IS THE RESULT OF THOUGHTFUL ANALYSIS AND DECISIONS TO SOLVE OUR ECONOMIC PROBLEMS?
I have a link to a petition at the end of this entry to limit government spending. The current direction in which America is headed economically has to be based on the analysis and conclusion that:
1. the government beauracracies can do a better job than private enterprise which will not survive if they do not provide goods or services for a competative cost which satisfy a customer's needs. Government beauracracies will survive as long as the government funds their budget requirements and the incentive for a beauracrat is to increase the budget which they manage. We see things like Home Depot with a greeter at the door and a more helpful attitude throughout the store when the economy went down because they want to stay in business. I feel that it is ludicrous for me to feel the need to point out that there is a differance between private enterprise employees and a company's survival, and public employees with an incentive to grow the beauracracy so that they have more power. This was evident in the Great Society days where a woman would have another baby so that she could receive increased welfare and the beauracrats enjoyed an expanding empire.
2. the government which said that doing nothing is not an option and hastily, without reading what they were passing, approved a stimulus bill which had to be passed immediately to keep unemployment under 8.0% understands what is going on and what needs to be done to correct our economic problems. They have spent approximately 10% of the Stimulus Package which was a fix for impending doom if it were not immediately passed and the unemployment averages 9.5% with a projection that it will increase.
3. the politicians who received money from and one who had a personal relationship with an executive with FannieMae/FreddieMac and who had reimplemented Mark to Market had nothing to do with the financial disaster we have and that they are competent to determine how to lead us out of this morass. Californians tried this and that doesn't mean that it will always create that result - do you have an exception where government spending has created prosperity?
4. public spending on projects and employees creates a stimulus effect of lasting consequence which justifies the expense. Would you think that the test should be job creation for jobs which:
a. are created very quickly
b. provide long term employment in a job which will create other jobs such as expanding for profit companies endeavors which increase collected income tax revenue. Entities such as states or companies which use stimulus money to correct budget woes may stay viable longer, but they do not create a larger, stable income source. This is like paying a credit card bill with a credit card.
5. we will not be in grave danger when countries holding our debt and increasing their customer base outside of the US such as China with a growing domestic and non-US customer base grows out of their dependance on us to buy their products. My question is, "Should we have financial stability and lower debt to protect our country in the event of an economic war?
6. growing government employment which depends on tax revenue without increasing the private sector, tax producing employment is sustainable. European countries are trying to decrease the public sector spending as a percentage of GDP.
Think about the above questions, read the petition and see if it seems like a better direction for our country.

Whereas, the current level of irresponsible government spending will, by all accounts, either bankrupt this country or burden our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren with never-ending debt;

HAS THE ADMINISTRATION ADOPTED THE MICROSOFT STRATEGY
They who do not learn from history are condemned to repeat it according to Winston Churchill. Do we misunderstand what is really being done to America?
Digital Research did very good work and wanted to do it right. A small startup just wanted to do it and fix the problems later. Do you remember DR Dos or Microsoft Windows? I resisted the [Do it as quick as you have to get it out and we'll fix the problems which our customers inherit later] company's system. I have slowly evolved and become a Windows software user. My question is - Does an administration with very smart people in it, regardless of ideology or economic philosophy, do what they are doing thinking that they are going to put America back on a strong capitalist footing with enhanced social programs or do they want to take us to an entirely different model all together. Even some of the WIIers are remembering the promotion of transparancy and time to review all legislation and the Bailout bill which had to be put through on a Friday night with hardcopy (where did that come from - might have been off a printer connected to a computer) and voted on over the weekend because the economy would fail and we would have over 8% unemployment if we didn't hurry. Very little of the money has been spent and it was not for immediate, long term jobs to stimulate private sector growth and we had 9.5% unemployment last report. That might be why they are talking about a third stimulus so that they can do a real one instead of a shopping list for the restrained spending on their pork projects which they had to endure for so many years. Then again, they might think that Americans are not smart enough to understand what is happening to their country and put the real stimulus off to number 4.
I no longer laugh at those whackos who talked about a new world order like I did in the old days. It is starting look like it is happening when you have Soros who profits from country's financial problems supporting CAP, the Democrat Combat Central and moveon.org. GE and Gore will gain major power and money with Cap and Trade. This program has been pushed with a major PR program for several administrations and, just like a frog in a pot brought to a slow boil, we have not jumped to defend our country as early as we needed to because we thought that American voters could look at history and know that these type of systems do not function.
The Health Care Reform is being pushed to go through without enough time to do a decent job and have the debates. Get it in place before the American voter wakes up because if we slow down, we will have questions that even a teleprompter fed by committees who analyze polling can't answer. Check out the comparison of existing public health care systems and ask yourself if this would be better or if we could look at tort reform to drive down the mal practice insurance and doctors having to CYA as well as other ways to improve our system rather than scrap and replace it. It is insulting for me to be told that we can keep a private provider which must make a profit and compete with a government provider which gets paid, like politicians, no matter how bad they screw up the system. Are they really people out there who think that that would work. If so check out the link at the end of this blog and disregard the partisan question because I believe that my terms, mooreon and WIIer apply across party lines.

About the time our original thirteen states adopted their new constitution in 1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh, had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years earlier:
"A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government."
"A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury."
"From that moment on, the majority always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship."
"The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years."
"During those 200 years, those nations always progressed through the following sequence:
1. From bondage to spiritual faith;
2. From spiritual faith to great courage;
3. From courage to liberty;
4. From liberty to abundance;
5. From abundance to complacency;
6. From complacency to apathy;
7. From apathy to dependence;

It seems that there are two appropriate questions to ask in looking at this administration's performance:

LET OUR ACTIONS SPEAK FOR US - CAN WE SHARE THE TRUE SPIRIT OF AMERICA INSTEAD OF LIMITING OUR INTERACTION WITH THE WORLD TO APOLOGIES
This is a little different from my normal rantings and wonderings. This blog entry is the result of my having the good fortune for one of my many great customers to call me to fix a problem they were having at their home. The conversation during the course of my work went to a need for solar energy in a school which this couple's non profit partners in in Ghana, Africa and then to their activities with two orphanages which they partner in in Mexicali, Mexico. The thing which struck me is that they are sharing a part of what made our country great one child at a time and hoping that those children help others and goodness spreads virally throughout the world. Working together so that each one could be self sufficient was a part of the strategy which helped create our country along with some less proud moments, I will grant you. My point is, let us determine our strong suit and play to it.By doing good as Americans in direct contact with the people who they help, they are showing another way of life to people who had no window into the possibilities which we have in our world. She told me about having to teach a little girl who was sold to an organ harvester, rescued by the grandmother with the police and put in one of the orphanages to lick an ice cream cone and to eat french fries. The children gain self sufficiency and education and hopefully learn to analyze and make decisions so that they grow into a better educated group taking their country to a better standard of living. One of the world's hopes in Iran is the young, educated, pro-western population who wants something different from what they have. Reaching the younger people in a country is a powerful way to change the course of that country in a peaceful manner. This couple's non-profit and may other groups are doing this without the inefficiency of our government using tax dollars, paying for administration, distributing goods and money which is partially taken through corruption and some of it reaching the people for whom it is meant. Speaking to the world about these kind of American endeavors as well as similar things done by others, including our military, would promote a better image of America than focusing world attention on negatives.They work with the children and find endeavors such as a taco stand, farming or something which they can teach them all aspects to provide for themselves with a productive endeavor. Providing a safe place, giving support and education to help the children become independent, self sufficient human beings, hopefully with the inclination to continue the mission gives a probability of an exponential increase in the army for good rather than taking care of children until they can go out and exist in their world. The difference from some of my preconceptions was that, while this is a religious endeavor, the religion is not pushed as much as the mission to create self sufficient human beings spreading the ability to create a loving, independent world. My father had sometimes ridiculed me for being a dreamer, but there is no downside which I see to this very economically efficient dream.I was curious how a Christian entity could function in a Muslim city in Ghana. He said that the education and self sufficiency is their main thrust. The Christian teachings and philosophy are gladly shared if there is a request, but not force fed as an integral part of the mission. Some of our good people in our country are doing good things is what we should be talking about to the world, not looking for the small percentage of things relative to the overall good which Americans do for a reason to apologize and focus the world attention on America's deficiencies both real and imaginary. It is not unlike drawing a line. You look at the end point and that guides you to where you need to go. We, too often, look at where we should not be rather than at where we would do well to be.

I personally feel that there is something out there or in me and the rest of us which I do not understand, but I come from not knowing because I am not comfortable with the definitions of my past and I am reluctant to limit my concept of whatever it is. I treasure our Judeo-Christian principles which have guided our country because they offer us a good way to live with eachother and create a country to be envied. America was an experiment and our forefathers created something special which we risk losing if we do not carefully analyze our changes, proceed slowly and carefully, and test the effect of our changes.
I am not familiar with what I am sure is one of many of this type of program, but it seems to me that, without the inefficiency of government, we have a way to do good and create a safer, happier world while helping specific children in need of someone who cares.My next stage on my website was to be facts for comparison or analysis, but I would welcome suggestions for how we might do more to promote Americans doing good in the world to promote peace and happiness. I have been too involved with a heavy workload for which I am greatful to do the refinement and publishing of my facts section:
1. Global Warming - Climate Change
2. Health Care - the plans in place in other countries and the results

We have a democratic country protecting itself from lifetime dictators with a constitutional term limit of one and a requirement for congressional approval of a referendum. Chavez, with a low tolerance for disent in Venezuela, printed and shipped the ballots for Zelaya to have an illegal referendum. Zelaya fired the head of the military when he would not implement the referendum. Mona Charen wrote, "There was an attempted coup in Honduras, but it was Zelaya who initiated it, not his opponents." This is not like watching sports teams compete and feeling sad when your team doesn't win. This affects our security and the future of our country which we will bequeath our grandchildren. They are the uninformed, apathetic voters who choose a limited source of information. We would do best for our country if we could be informed of what really is happening and rationally define the issues. We do not have to agree, but we must choose the end result for our country and align to fanatically pursue achieving that goal. There are too many people in politics looking out for their self interest as evidenced by the February stimulus bill which satisfied a lot of non-immediate desires of politicians, but did not provide private sector quick, long term employment opportunities. I feel insulted that the politicians who rushed it through without the promised review time or reading the bill and even put it in written form rather than searchable electronic form believe that I cannot see what is happening. Regardless of your party affiliation or political beliefs, we have channels which program us if we do not look for information outside of them. Ziglar took the Republican point of view and did a poll which he documented in Media Malpractice. He challenged his critics to the same poll by the same polster of Republicans and offered to pay for it if the results were the same, but not if they showed better informed voters. This is a nebulous area with a lot of variables, but the underlying problem it displays is what is creating the nation which we have - guided by people with interests other than the best thing for our country. How do we have a majority of the people become better informed and guiding the country for the long term good instead of putting it on the road that California traveled to get where it is?
America quickly, as opposed to our Iranian disident lack of support, went beside those who would spread the anti-capitalist dictator control throughout the south of us. The Honduran constitution is a result of that country not wanting what they have seen in history. Americans are watching our country with a subtle imitation of the Zelaya evolve into a different country. Several of my liberal relations discount the danger which ACORN and Americore present, but I was a real estate investor during the early days and the tactics are the implementation of Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals and Cloward Piven Strategy to replace capitalism with socialism. This should be obvious with the bombardment of social reforms being rushed when possible through before the political agenda becomes so obvious that they lose the political power to implement it.

We are maintaining our dependence on foreign oil by denying drilling and nuclear power expansion at a rate which would minimize the window for our enemies to bring us to our knees as China replaces our consumers with their own people and can then use the power of our debt which they hold to financially cripple us. I am not an economist, but this seems like a very likely possibility.
The Imprimis adaption of Sarah Palin's August speech on a cruise ship gave us a heads up and the plan for protecting our country and stimulating our economy. We could still allow Alaska to do that for our country and Palin is no longer going to be in power. Her suggestion should be considered.

The administration is getting to experiment with their theories and taking us into Marxism according to Pravda and the dollar is about to be replaced as an international currency because the rest of the world can see what CHANGE is doing TO America. There is a "for the good of the country" non partisan legislative reform which would require 72 hours for review of proposed legislation. This is a test of our legislators perception of how good that they work for the good of our country. Subject to hearing a rational objection, this is the acid test of who each legislator truly works for instead of what their PR department tells us.
The TARP and the Stimulus were hurried through without a lot of thought because it had to be done or we would have financial disaster with unemployment reaching as high as 8%. It was hurried through and Yahoo Finance reports, " China surpassed the United States as the world's biggest auto market for the first half of 2009 after June sales soared 36.5 percent from a year earlier, according to data reported Thursday".

This is very complex and I am just putting my idea out right now, but I would like us to do something to congress which they have been doing to us forever. Bonuses for good performance and penalties for poor performance.

I do want transparency - there is too much going on that doesn't pass the smell test when an IG turning up corruption in Americore is let go and huge amounts of money on rushed without review bills isn't spent and the effect is worse than they threatened us with if they didn't pass it immediately on a Friday night using hardcopy to defeat scrutiny. The great news is that we are no longer yelling at eachother about which system works the best. The Democrat train to socialism or Marxism will allow them to prove whether their system works or not. The great news is that we are no longer yelling at eachother about which system works the best. The Democrat train to socialism or Marxism will allow them to prove whether their system works or not. We need to look at results and analyze our world including what country's like China are doing or what Daniel Hannan MEP is warning the US about as the UK and some European countries are dealing with the problems resulting from having already travelled this road.

SHOULD WE BE A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL WITH OUR HEALTHCARE - LIKE STUDYING THE REAL WORLD ISSUES AND READING THE BILL THAT IS WRITTEN BEFORE THE VOTE?????
I understand that even the mooreons are starting to wonder how our country will survive all of this spending as we watch India join several other countries in questioning the value of the dollar as the world reserve currency.

Our current administration has PRAVDA commenting on the surprisingly rapid descent of America into Marxism and surprised that we didn't learn from the failed Russian attempt at Marxism and an Australian newspaper commenting on China may save capitalism.
I think that I remember some people voicing their concern about the US image abroad. I suggest a Christmas gift for them if you need a suggestion - a window for their naval so that they can see where they are going and maybe a book like The 5000 Year Leap, The Forgotten Man or Atlas Shrugged. It is time for them to forget their pride and look at what is good for America.
I DO NOT WANT ANYONE SAYING WE TOLD YOU SO REGARDLESS OF HOW VEHEMENT THEIR, "JUST LISTEN TO HIM." COMMENTS WERE. WE NEED TO WELCOME THE ENLIGHTENED ONES AND BRING THEM QUICKLY BESIDE US TO SAVE OUR COUNTRY.
I am still HOPING we can restore America after this CHANGE.
The real source of America's problem is that CAP which is backed by Soros who profits from our problems has very capable methods like Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals for taking over the country, but they either have an agena detrimental to the country or they are the Amateur Hour for running the country. The IG being fired for shedding light on ACORN-AMERICORE corruption and the EPA man was moved out of his position when his report discredited the Global Warming people who are planning to make a fortune.
Something does not smell right here. I look at the bottom up, representing the regular people administration with the richest people and most money people in their pocket. Am I a little paranoid or does a regular guy like me have a valid question? Look at the results which we are reaping from this administration and ask yourself, "Is this the best that they can do for our country?"

IS THERE A BETTER WAY TO CHOOSE WHO TO LAY OFF IF YOU ARE A BUSINESSMAN FORCED TO DOWNSIZE
During the election, business people were realizing that an Obama administration would be a job killer for private enterprise and someone came up with the fairest way to reward employees for their ability to think about who would do the best job for the employers who provide jobs for employees.
How To Choose Obama-Caused Employee Layoffs 10-30-8
Dear Fellow Business Owners
As a Business owner who employs 30 people, I have resigned myself to the fact that Barack Obama, will be our next President, and that my Taxes and Fees, will go up in a BIG way.
To compensate for these increases, I figure, that the customer, will have to see an increase in my fees to them of about, 8%. I will also have to lay off six of my employees. This really bothered me as I believe we are family,here and didn't know how to choose who will have to go. So, this is what I did. I strolled thru the parking lot and found, eight Obama bumper stickers on my employees cars. I have decided these folks will be the first to be laid off.
I can't think of another fair way to approach this problem. If you have a better idea, let me know. I am sending this letter to all business owners that I know.

- DON'T BLAME ME -
I DIDN'T VOTE FOR THAT ONE
on them.
